Firearm Pickup Policy

Once a firearm is registered in your name, the following timelines and conditions apply:

   

30 Days – The firearm must be picked up within 30 days of registration. If not, you may re-register the firearm (subject to all applicable fees and requirements).

 

60 Days – No further registration attempts will be permitted after 60 days.

 

60–90 Days – You may request a refund during this period; however, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.

 

Over 90 Days – No refunds or store credit will be issued. The firearm and all payments will be forfeited.

 

 

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Re-sell or distribute products in violation of federal or state law.
